This Charter was developed and approved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights," "On Exchanges and Exchange Activities," and other regulatory legal acts governing relations in the field of establishment, activity, reorganization, and liquidation of joint-stock companies, as well as legal relations arising during the activities of the exchange in the form of a joint-stock company.
